I have a deep and extensive understanding of sports recovery, movement, and massage, developed through both my professional training and my own active lifestyle. I’m incredibly passionate about health, fitness, and wellness, and I believe in taking a holistic approach to recovery and performance. As someone who enjoys running, yoga, and triathlon training, I understand firsthand the importance of maintaining the body through regular care and mindful movement. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll often find me outdoors training for my next challenge, or at my local yoga class focusing on balance, strength, and mobility.
I’m also in the process of training to become a yoga teacher, which allows me to deepen my personal practice and expand my knowledge of how the body moves, adapts, and heals. My goal is to combine this growing expertise with my massage therapy skills to offer a well-rounded, supportive approach to recovery and wellbeing for every client I work with.
